The Auger Type Bran Packaging Machine is designed for efficient packaging of low-density bulk products such as bran, feed and various by-products into 40 and 50 kg polypropylene bags.
The machine is equipped with a vertical screw feeding system that compresses low-density products, allowing a greater amount of material to be packed into each bag. The bag is manually positioned on the discharge spout by the operator and pneumatically secured. Once the required product level is reached inside the feeder, the product is automatically discharged into the bag.
With its high capacity, hygienic construction and fast and precise filling system, the machine provides a practical packaging solution particularly for milling and feed processing plants. An outlet belt conveyor, bag shaking unit and sewing machine are available as optional equipment.
