Entoleter

SKU: OVDU

The Entoleter is designed to eliminate insects, larvae, and eggs from flour and semolina products through high-speed impact action, improving food safety and product quality without the use of chemicals.

The Entoleter is a specialized impact machine used in flour and semolina milling plants to enhance product hygiene and food safety. Operating at high rotational speeds, the machine subjects the product to controlled impact forces that effectively destroy insects, larvae, and eggs that may be present in the product stream.

Unlike chemical treatment methods, the Entoleter provides a mechanical solution that does not affect the quality, color, or functional properties of the final product. It is commonly installed before flour storage silos or packaging lines to ensure maximum product protection prior to shipment.

Designed for continuous industrial operation, the Entoleter features a robust construction, low maintenance requirements, and reliable performance. It plays an important role in modern milling plants by helping producers meet food safety regulations and export market requirements.

Working Principle

The product passes through a high-speed impact rotor where insects, larvae and eggs are destroyed by centrifugal force and controlled impact without affecting the quality of the product. The treated product is then discharged to the next processing stage.
